(1) MSG (Monosodium Glutamate): usually found in artificial condiments/seasonings like Maggi, Knorr, Vedan, Ajinomoto etc., please avoid them like plague (you can use herbal seasonings like Iru, Ogiri, Dawadawa, Curry powder, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Dill in place of them).
(2) White Flour products: You should avoid the products like cake, noodles, biscuits, white bread, puf-puf, buns, donut, meat pie, pasta, chin-chin, kokoro etc. (eat more of natural and cooked foods instead)
