WHY DO RICH MEN SUDDENLY SLUMP AND DIE
Why do rich men suddenly slum and die nowadays as a chicken? Apart from the act of God, that is the death that comes naturally, and the death caused by the wicked one, I mean the one instituted by the devil and his agents. Most of the death that happened to rich and big men are courtesy of stress, chronic stress which have been going for several years unnoticed. Most of these rich people are obese, overweight, sedentary, hypertensive, driven in air-conditioned cars, stay in air-conditioned offices and homes. They are not able to burn off the stress immediately they are exposed to it, their body systems are unable to absorb the stress, as a result, it keeps on pilling up. Because stress is a nervous tension, it occurs as your reaction to certain situation which apparently threaten you or exert pressure on you. Therefore stress depend on your reaction, your reaction! All right? Not the outside events.
There are two types of stress:- which are
(a)  Environmental stress
(b) Psychological Stress
Both of them can be acute or chronic.
Acute Environmental Stress:  makes a person temporary nervous wreck, excessive sweating, dry throat, palpitation, intestinal hurry, blurred vision and temporary amnesia. Example is when you are nearly run over by a vehicle, this is followed by quick recovery as the body mechanism is activated to restore normalcy.
Chronic Environmental Stress: Example is working in a very noisy environment. After much battle the body elevates the stress fighting mechanism, to regularly counter the noise pollution, that means you are constantly in a state of stressful animation.
For psychological stress, acute psychological stress could result from immediate unhappy marriage, unfulfilled great expectation. This result in stressful psychological trauma.
For chronic Psychological  stress:-  This is a result of being regularly  unhappy at work, marriage, deflated dream and so on.
When all those things are not controlled, they have damaging  effect.
Acute stress: When something disastrous happens, the body reacts in flight or flight syndrome by releasing adrenaline which releases  fatty acids and platelets to enable blood clot more quickly in case wound occurs. If injury was not sustained, the fatty acids are converted to cholesterol deposits.
·       Repeated acute stress leads to increase in blood pressure.
·       The cholesterol deposits lead to atherosclerosis and other heart diseases, if no physical exercise is done to use up and degrade the accumulated fatty acid.
For chronic stress, rich people face chronic stress due to the nature of their job, societal expectation or demand, their aspiration and desire, expose them to both chronic and environmental stress. Their body now react with general adaptation syndrome (GAS). It is a long term adaptation of the presence of stress. Various can set up permanent high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol levels.
And as a result the person eventually feels exhausted mentally and physically, develops diminished resistance to disease, develops diminished desire to carry on- loses  hope, breaks down, where physical, mental or psychological illness occurs. On the other  hand, if the person is strong willed and sturdy, he or she absorbs these doses of stress with equanimity. This gradual accumulation of stress eventually gives the rich gray hairs.
