We are now in the season that brought a plenty of different foods, fruits and vegetables as a result of enough downpour. Walnut is among the nuts you should adequately enjoy. I could remember when I was in my home town Modakeke, my father has a farm at outskirt of Ile-Ife behind the estate of Sijuade , the late Oni of Ife ,whenever we went to my Dad’s farm, I used to eat plenty of Walnut with maize(corn), I really enjoyed the combination anytime its season comes, even though I did not know its benefits then, I just ate and ate as it always comes in plenty.
